The CTA examination is obvious superior to MRA,DCCU and TCD ones in diagnosis of the VBI and its positive rate is accord with DSA examination's. It is supposed to that CTA examination is one of the best ways to diagnose of the VBI and deserve generalized.
在VBI诊断方面,CTA检查较MRA、血管彩超、TCD检查均有明显的优势,且与DSA检查有较好的一致性,提示CTA可能做为诊断VBI的首选方法之一,值得临床推广。
Methods Brain CTA,magnetic resonance angiography(MRA),double carotid chromatic ultrasonic(DCCU) and transcranial Doppler(TCD) examinations were performed in 56 patients with VBI and 26 of these were examined by digital subtraction angiography(DSA).
