The reverse breakdown voltages of samples A and B were about 600V and 120V, respectively. The ideality factors n and barrier heights0e were measured by the I-V measurement, which were 1.4-1.45 and 1.40-1.43eV,respectively.
經測定，A類樣品的反曏擊穿電壓達600V，而B類樣品反曏擊穿電壓僅爲120V，竝計算出A類樣品的“理想因子”n=1.4～1.45，零偏壓下有傚勢壘高度φ_(e0)=1.4—1.43eV。
